DAR – Daughters of the American Revolution

California State Society

Panamint Springs Chapter, NSDAR

Ridgecrest, California

Welcome

The Panamint Springs Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), was organized on October 12, 1991. The chapter’s name was chosen because of its proximity to Panamint Valley in the Upper Mojave Desert, only 100 miles from Death Valley. Most members are from the local area, however some members are from other areas as well. Local residency is not a requirement for membership in any chapter.
